While the speed of the repair was nice the quality of the replacement was just terrible. The screen didn’t even last a week! And when I called to see about a replace or a refund that just told me I would have to pay again and to “be careful”. While also reading through come of the reviews I see others were offered lifetime warranty but it appears it’s not offered to every guest considering it was never once mentioned to me
I was happy with the price and how quick (20 minutes) it took to repair my completely ruined screen (water damage). In other locations in Clarendon I have paid double and waited hours.
My phone dropped onto the floor and suddenly the screen was out I had no idea what was wrong with it I felt like I lost so much immediately I found these guys in the internet went down to their shop, Mario was there to help me out he was amazing immediately ordered replacement screen gave me a very accurate quote and a few days later when the screen showed up he fixed it the same day even though it was Christmas Eve and had to come in just to do it! I had a Google pixel 6 I didn't think he would be able to fix it because of finding the parts but he did it quickly and really well brought me the phone fixed like brand new I was so ecstatic and I thought the price was so reasonable I ended up giving him a huge tip and trust me I am a pretty cheap dude haha. These guys are wizards they save me $100 for not having to buy a new phone I can't say enough good things about these guys anytime anyone asks me about fixing a phone or a computer these are the first guys I'm going to mention.
Came across this place looking for repair shops. I had been experiencing connectivity issues for months and was told I'd just need to buy a new phone. They were able to quickly diagnosis a faulty antenna connection point and fixed it within a days time. It cost me about 130 and I was thrilled I didn't need a new phone.
I cracked the lens on my Google Pixel 4 and I was searching for a place in the DC area that could repair it. That's when I came across an article in the Arlington Times about a young man who started his own shop after helping fix several of his friends Xboxes. The article also said that the young man was born in Chile and started his business at 23 years old. That impressed me. I got on the phone with that young man, James, and he immediately gave me an estimate that I thought was fair. A few days later I went down there, and they were able to replace my cracked lens with a brand new Google brand replacement in about 90 minutes.It works fine now. I love this place because they also give a lengthy warranty on all of the work. This is incredibly rare for these types of services. I spoke to James and asked him how he was able to offer such a good warranty and he told me that they use only original manufacturers parts on their repairs. I would highly recommend this business for any of your electron ic repairs. They are even open on Sundays!
