Isaac was great and super knowledgeable. He did various jobs for me (replaced my kitchen faucet, flush my hot water tank, installed an electrical anode, replace 2 water valves, and fit a washing machine tray in a very odd space) and I am very happy with all of his work! I would recommend Isaac for any plumbing needs.

Isaac came to replace a 50-gal gas water heater, and did a meticulous job. He is flexible and knows his work as a professional. You can trust him.

Issac is officially stored in my phone as THE Plumber! His response was quick, professional and friendly. Don’t usually get all 3 these days. He also went about and beyond by doing extra things to enhance the service experience- at no extra charge. If you’re looking for a plumber, just stop here, and call. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend Neptune’s Plumbing. Isaac did a phenomenal job and helped me in a jam during an emergency leak on a weekend. He was extremely knowledgeable in providing insight into my plumbing issue. I will most certainly be using their company again! I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and quality.
