I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this foundation company. After being approached by their salesperson and contractor, Pat, who claimed to be the son of another reputable company’s owner, I decided to hire them for a foundation repair and basement waterproofing job. I paid nearly $20k for what turned out to be sloppy work and a completely ineffective solution. They failed to install the French drain properly, didn’t dig deep enough, and even connected the gutter downspout to the underground pipe, worsening the moisture issues. The backfilling of the soil was done poorly, leaving large holes and creating an even bigger mess than before. To make matters worse, despite a supposed 15-year warranty, Pat became unreachable once issues arose. He eventually blocked my number and refused to address the problems. It’s also suspicious that all their five-star reviews appeared in the same short timeframe, raising concerns about their authenticity. If anyone else has had a similar experience, I encourage you to reach out so we can consider taking action against this company together. Avoid them at all costs.

I cannot recommend more strongly that you go with someone else. My story: Pat, a representative from the company, solicited my business at my door. Against my better judgment, given the company's complete lack of history, I agreed to let him do work on my stairs and paid over $2,000. The work lasted six months before the concrete started tearing apart. I tried for four months to get Pat to come back to fix the stairs, as I was told their work came with a 10-year warranty. He cancelled multiple times, including on days where I told him in advance I was taking the day off of work to be home when he arrived. Now, no one from the "company" is responding to my calls - I have Pat's cell phone and he's not responding, and the supposed corporate line never picks up. Things are bad enough that I filed an action in small claims court to recover my money. Shockingly, the complaint I drafted against the company could not be delivered to the "company's" purported "address" because that address information is incomplete. In other words, the address I was given by Pat and on my invoice is inaccurate/incomplete. Where All State Masonry and Construction can be served I have no idea. I'm almost out of options now and the last thing I want is for someone else to be stuck in my position. Go with a more reputable business, and read the actual reviews for this business. You decide if the positive ones are real or not. TLDR: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

We had Allstate come out and completely redo our Stone patio in the back in terms of taking out all the concrete between stones which had chipped away and had lots of years of freezing and thawing and damage. They also repaired our front step and replaced all the concrete there as well. We weren’t happy with the job that they ultimately did because they slopped a lot of concrete all over the stone and it looks very messy instead of clean seams. The top step does not match the rest of our patio at all. We contacted Ben and he kept telling us that he would come back to fix it and then it was one excuse after another, and now he won’t take our calls. He was very cordial, friendly, sincere, and now he’s ghosting us. Our neighbors had a similar experience. I would highly recommend that you not use this company, or that you do not pay them the full amount until you are satisfied. We paid $6500 for a job that we are unhappy with.

I’m VERY pleased and highly recommendAll State Masonry & Construction. Their crew was very professional and friendly. They worked hard for two days, much of it in my crawlspace, adding piers and adjusting shims. They took pictures to show progress and protected my floors and furniture with plastic. They did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Their supervisor came out and checked the work in the crawlspace, which impressed me. Excellent service!
