Valleywide Fence, Deck & Patio Covers

We had ValleyWide install a Pergola over our new patio in our backyard. The installation went smoothly and the crew were friendly and professional. They worked with us to clearly understand our preferences for the location and heights and all for the Pergola. The Pergola is exactly what we wanted and well constructed. There was one minor issue that they had with the post wraps not included with the other materials for the construction. Josh did an exceptional extra effort making an extra trip to get all of the post wraps and making sure they were properly cut and installed. We definitely recommend ValleyWide.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Redmond Valleywide Fencing, though were a couple issues getting my new fence installed. First the issues. I was told at their northern location, that they would tell the agent I was dealing with, Greg Pettey, that I made down payment and set up the install. I waited a week until called Greg and he was told he was never told and had to rush to make an appointment to setup the installation. I was told they would be coming the first week of June and they would call me. As the deadline came closer, I heard nothing and made an appointment for another task I needed to handle. Valleywide called the day before their crew was coming, which I already made an appointment for another task. I had to leave the crew alone at my property. Luckily, they didn’t have an issue that they had to call me while I was out of town. The installer told me they be back in 5-7 days, but they finished the installation while I was at work, which I was stressing if there might be problem that I wanted to address and to pay the remaining balance off. When I got home, it was done and the crew already left, so I was wondering how and when they were coming to collect the remaining balance. I decided to go to their office for their Northern branch and paid. Now, for the good experiences with Valleywide. I was extremely impressed by Greg when he came the first time to discuss what I wanted and the measurements for my fence. He was really friendly, listened what I wanted, and answered all my questions like a professional employee. I got other estimates from other fencing companies, but I was extremely impressed by Greg. I love all the options they had in their pamphlets for my fence project. The staff at their Springville office was courteous and friendly and answered my questions. The installers did a great job and I was impressed how fast the installation was. Valleywide did everything to get the installation setup with the city and state, like Blue Stake. And, my new fence turned out better than I expected. I’m definitely recommending Valleywide to my friends and family if they want or need a new fence and any other services that Valleywide does, like patio covers and deck installation.
