I had to have my AC replaced and I must say Gillette exceeded my expectations. From start to finish their employees were helpful, professional, and educational. I love that they send you a picture of who you will be meeting with as well as their name and access to their truck tracker so you know exactly when they will arrive. First I met with John Merkley who walked me through all my options for replacing AC and/or furnace. He was super helpful in educating me on what options there are, what the pros/cons would be, and what the pricing differences are with no BS. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to up-sell me at any time. He even helped me find the best way to get discounts and rebates from RMP, Carrier, and Gillette. When the time came for the technicians to come do the replacement I was equally impressed. Christian S. And Dallas(?) were the technicians who came to do the work. They walked me through exactly what they would be doing and what to expect as far as how long it will take and what kinds of noises will be made. Throughout the process they even checked in with me to ask if it was okay that there was a tiny cosmetic issue on the side of my house (not caused by them). Something I never would've even noticed but they still got confirmation anyway. They truly left my furnace and A/C looking better than how they found it by using zip ties to organize all of the loose cords that were around my furnace and outside my house. All together working with them was a great experience. They took all of the stress that can come from these projects out of the equation and I'm very thankful!
