Simple belt replacement on a GE washer. They assured me they had it and it was the correct one. I even forgot my wallet and they accepted a check. Real nice experience with plenty of parking. Testing the replacement now. If that doesn’t do it, I’ll call them for repair.
I had a washer that needed repair parts and made the mistake of buying inexpensive parts on-line. No surprise - the cheap parts lasted 2 - 3 weeks. Valley Appliance sells quality parts for about the same price as one would pay for OEM-quality parts on-line and there are no shipping charges, plus you don't have to wait a week to finish an appliance repair and the staff is quite helpful. This is a great resource to have locally.
Very knowledgeable and seem to have a good amount in stock. The pricing is quite a bit higher than it should be, the part I needed (an oven bake element) could have been ordered online for a fifth of what I paid, but we had a party to cook for and could not wait for it to ship.
