The Music Den

I’m very glad I found the Music Den, an independent, full service music store. My first experience was purchasing an acoustic guitar. Their well stocked and humidity controlled room will blow you away. I had a list of 7 guitars that I wanted to try based on what I saw was available via their web site. The sales associate worked with me to guide me on each and when I narrowed my choice down, he played those for me so I could hear how they sounded. I chose a gorgeous Martin D-17m. My next time in I picked up a used speaker cabinet. Excellent purchase at a good price. This store a great staff, and the best selection of just about anything you may need supporting your musical endeavors.

Needed a new box of reeds for son's instrument. Young man at the store was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, patient and kind. He was able to look up my prior purchase in their computer, which was so helpful, because I wasn't sure if these came in different sizes, and I didn't know what we needed, and they had all this info! Then he enlisted the services of another staff member to help explain to me why these reeds in this size, were more appropriate than the ones we bought previously. Price was the same. This was an extraordinarily positive experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone, and I'm a very picky consumer. Kind, professional and helpful.
