Ritchie's Music Center

Great music store! Everybody is super helpful and friendly there. A friend of mine who also used to work there Bill recommended the place and I’m glad he did. They have great prices on their guitars and a nice selection of new and used. I just bought my first electric guitar from them (Ibanez ax120) and they did a wonderful job with the setup and fret work. Ollie did an excellent job shaping the frets and filing them down so I can shred without shredding my hands lol. Also, big thanks to Shaawn who is the one that helped me pick out my guitar. I’m a very new beginner and he helped pick a guitar and amp that are very versatile and can tackle any genre while also being within my price range. I couldn’t be any happier! Thank you all!!!

I had been planning on restoring my vintage 80's Ibanez Roadstar II (Lefty) Guitar for many years. Since this classic guitar was so special to me, I was very careful as to the craftsman that I would decide to work with on this project. I visited Ritchie's Music Center and talked with Ollie as he was working on another customers guitar. My instincts told me this was where my project could be completed. Ollie came up with a vision on my restore project that not only achieved my goals, but also added a whole new level of sound that the RSII could produce. This was an artistic upgrade and I am completely thrilled with the project. You can absolutely trust Ritchie's with your most treasured guitars. In the hands of Ollie, you'll never be disappointed. If I could leave a 6 star rating I would. This place is a hidden gem. Friendly, knowledgeable, and have a true interest in tailoring to your needs. I started out there taking lessons and didn't realize how much more they had to offer. I brought an old guitar in to give to Ollie (formerly of Guitar Center and one of their certified master technicians). Had him set it up, repair anything that may have needed replacement and add some upgrades. It plays and sounds like a whole new guitar. It actually makes me want to play more. He even took pictures to show me each of the steps he performed. He's that good. Great selection of all kinds of instruments, equipment and accessories, new and used. Some rare and vintage finds too. I have nothing against the big box retailers, but if you want honest personalized service with no hidden agenda, you owe it to yourself to stop in. You'll thank me for it.
