Patrick Haverty is our main guy that services our printer and we're so lucky to have him. He's always on top of things and gets us up and running in no time.. We're lucky to have him because in our busy season our printers going non-stop for a team of 50+ so minor setbacks can be very difficulty. Patricks always there to help on short notice and makes life so much easier for us all. Thank you Patrick Haverty... You are the MAN!

Our former company was recently acquired by Usherwood Office. I was a bit apprehensive at first, as we had been very happy with the service and team we worked with previously. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Patrick Haverty walk into my office recently to update the ID tags on our machines. Patrick is always professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Whether I have a lot of questions, need help troubleshooting, or he is working in my office that is not always perfectly organized, he handles it with patience and care. Even for something as simple as updating ID tags, he explains the purpose of his visit and takes the time to ask if I have any other questions or needs. He also provided updated contact information for the new company support team. I am glad that despite the ownership change, I can continue working with the tech team I have come to trust.
