US DUCT

Our Team @Diversified Equipment and Supply has been working with the US Duct Team now for about 5 years. We have worked with several other piping providers but none of them offered the level of service and expertise that US Duct has show us as a true partner in a vendor. Alec Hanreck always goes beyond the call of duty to make sure to make it happen expeditiously with the best support and a 3D Cad system that is second to nobody. I only wish we had more vendors with the same kind of commitment to quality and good distribution practices as US Duct sets the benchmark for our team!

My company ordered duct work for the second time. The first time I ordered everything went fine. I re-ordered because I changed location. I had the worst experience that I ever had. I dealt with Chris Davis. I was told that I would receive my pieces 2 days after it was fabricated. I received it 6 days later. After I received it my order was wrong. I ordered right off of there website, using their terminology to describe the Y branch that I needed. They sent it incorrect. I am so upset that I refuse to buy anything else from them and am ordering all the wrong pieces and any new pieces directly from Blastgate from this moment forward.
