Ronnie did a great job doing our seasonal chexk of our unit. He used electronic equipment to check voltage readings, gas pressures. When he was finished and left yiu couldn't even tell he had been here. He even used the shoe booties to protect the flooring as he walked around the house.
I am a 25+ years Arnold Jones customer. Jamal is my newest technician for my yearly service plan and provides me the same top notch service as my retired tech. He is professional, honest, courteous, knowledgeable and polite. Great experience
Jamal came out and did a fantastic job describing all of the issues. He spent a lot of timing at our home and made sure the job was complete and correct before leaving. Really appreciate the entire company’s assistance with an issue that was unknown as a new home buyer and they helped us fix it quickly. The work on site as well as all of the office staff were great to work with.
We've been using another local HVAC company for years. They recently let us down in a major way so we decided to try a new provider. We gave Arnold Jones Services a chance and I am so glad we did. They have been fantastic in every way. For starters, when I called in to inquire about services, the lady I spoke with (can't recall her name) was great. She was professional, polite, and setting up the service schedule was a breeze. Two weeks later, our technician, Ronnie, showed up and the high level of service continued. Ronnie was right on time, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I gave him some quick history notes on our system and he went to work. I saw him doing more to clean and check my unit than any other technician I've ever used. He had answers for all my questions and gave us a few tips to resolve a minor issue we had been having with a sensor. The best part was that when Ronnie was done, he told us everything looked great and that was it. Ronnie didn't try to sell us on unnecessary things! I can't tell you what a relief that was. I'm so used to service companies, be it HVAC or car mechanics, coming to you with several recommendations at the end of service that you don't really need. This practice annoys me to no end because it makes you unable to trust the provider. I don't know if I really need those things, or they are just trying to increase their sales numbers. I've been told by technicians from other companies that they were required to make at least three recommendations, whether you needed it or not. Arnold Jones Services didn't do that and I appreciate that so much. Now I know that I can trust them if they do make a recommendation in the future. Looks like we've got ourselves a new HVAC service provider. Highly recommend!
I was very happy with the services. James was very straight to the point, and let me know everything that was going on and how he can fix the problem. He also pitched a really good sale ,speaking on their annual service plan. Got a quote to be in a snap and also Informed me on a finance plan the company offers. 10/10
