They scheduled my service quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. Derrick, was outstanding. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get our system running perfectly again. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the repairs and understood what was done. It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers both quality work and excellent customer service, but Davis Heating & Air absolutely does.
