I highly recommend Universal TV Clinic to anyone experiencing issues with their TV. My wife and I encountered an HDMI problem with our one-year-old Samsung QLED TV. Lee, the owner of the business, proved to be exceptionally helpful. He promptly addressed the issue by replacing the switchboard within a day. Furthermore, Lee's friendly demeanor was truly commendable. We spent about 20 minutes engaging in a pleasant conversation about life, and his accommodating nature made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The service provided by Universal TV Clinic in fixing our TV was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable. I am genuinely satisfied with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Mr Lee was a pleasure to deal with. I went in asking for a part expecting to pay. He had a few of the parts I needed laying around and gave them to me for free. We ended up talking for a while just about life and business in general. He’s been there for 40 years and just this brief meeting shows me why. I wish we had more local businesses with business owners like Mr lee that are smart, honest and as kind as he is. Keep up the good work! And thank you again Mr lee!
