Wonderful staff. Very pleasant to deal with. Very honest workers and prices were reasonable. I brought my Mongoose Hilltopper in as I haven’t used it in years and I wanted to get back into exercising again. They charged me $81 to adjust the brakes, install new tires and clean the entire bike frame and wheels. They told me the gears did not need adjusting and the tubes for the tires were fine. I appreciated their honesty. Dropped off the bike on a Monday and I received a call early Wednesday afternoon telling me the bike was ready for pickup. My bike looks and rides like it’s brand new. I’m very happy with my decision to use them. I’m bringing my wife’s bike in next. 😎

I took my bike in because my rear derailleur was damaged. I was expecting to pay $100-200. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and inspected the derailleur and determined that it needed replacement. I was surprised, nay shocked, at the quote of $35. I was told that the bike woukd be ready within 2 days. I was called about 26 hours later informing me that the bike was repaired. When I picked it up, I was told about the membership and that it would reduce the total cost of the repair. Knowing that I would need my bike serviced in the future, along with the great staff and comparison of pricing, I decided that the $20 lifetime membership fee would be well worth it. My ride home was a test of the workmanship and I am very pleased. I highly recommend REI for repairs.
