My experience with TNT Electronics was good. The job was an odd-ball battery replacement that required solder work. The cost, $45 including a new battery, seemed cheap, but that might be because he had no idea if the thing got fixed: dead battery and a blank screen when I dropped it off, new battery and a blank screen when I picked it up. He seemed particularly uninterested in opening it back up and trying a reset. Anyway, all's well that ends well. I can reset my own toys and if it saves me a couple bucks, then all the better.
