I took my TV in asking if they can fix it. I was told yes that it would be ready in a week. After a week passed I called and it wasn't ready. They told me they had order the wrong piece and to wait another week. I asked if they can really fix it and I was told yes they just needed the right piece. I trusted them and waited another week. After that week passed I called them again and they told me it wasn't the piece anymore that it was the screen and that it no longer worked. If it was the screen why didn't they tell me this since the beginning when they inspect my TV? I regret not taking it to geek squad in best buy
