Jordan, Tristan and Blake were very friendly, hard working professionals. Did an excellent job in waterproofing my basement walls and setting support poles. The cement took awhile to break through in places and newly poured footings took longer than expected to completely set. Some days there were more people to help out but all in all they all did a great job.

Last fall I contacted USS for an estimate on a garage foundation crack from inside my home’s crawlspace. Nathan came and surveyed the site, explained how last summer’s dry spell caused the damage with clay soil, and created a plan to correct. It wasn’t a serious problem (yet) and they were booked 3+ months out. He wanted me to check weekly to see if the it was getting worse thus I would get bumped up to the top of the list. Luckily it was NOT the case. Roger, Chris and Kyle came in February and began installing my push piers. Like any home repair comes unforeseen issues. With the excavation work underway it was determined a sump pump was necessary. I received daily updates through the whole process and they even arranged for an electrician to connect power to the sump pump. When the project was complete, they left the space in better shape than they found it. Highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs if they value professionalism and good communication!

I’m very pleased with our crawl space encapsulation work from USS. I really appreciated working with a local business. The project manager Nathan (structural engineer) got in our wet crawlspace and made a full assessment with a thorough explanation of what he suggested as well as why it would help prevent water and further foundation sagging. The project went well, and I appreciated the updates from Roger during the process. Both Nathan and Roger helped me feel confident with the service they provided.
