In November of 2024 I purched 2 garage door openers. It took awhile but I recevied them but it wasn't what I ordered. We went back for fourth and they sent the wrong one 2 additional times. I tried to get a refund after sending the product back to them as per Paypal instuctions. I waited and waited and call paypal several times and no refund came. Finally, after talking with Paypal in March, 2025 I receved the refund. It took 7 months.

We contacted Ky Overhead Doors and were extremely pleased with the repairs. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and the two men were courteous and did the repairs very quickly. Very reasonable price.

Extremely pleased with Kentucky Overhead Doors, their staff are all very professional and courteous. The attention to detail on the installation was spot on in every aspect. The only draw back which was beyond their control was how long it took for them to receive the doors from the manufacturer, this was a COVID-19 issue with the supply chain. This is the second time I have used them, 22yrs ago on my house, and now two doors on my barn.

Great job !!!!! The best experience I have ever had with any contractor. Every one from Overhead Door are top notch. I especially want to thank Chris who helped me pick every thing out and setup an install date that I had to have and Billy who was here right on time. He did an excellent tear out and replacement for my entire system. It was a great pleasure to deal with them. A very dependable group who do great work on time.
