I took my wedding ring set to them to be repaired. The bands completely broke in the middle after being resized somewhere else. The Alternative Jewelry Shop did an amazing job repairing the issue and fixing a few other minor details I hadn't noticed. They now look brand new! I was so happy when I picked my rings up. I would highly recommend.

I brought my engagement ring to The Alternative Jewelry shop for prong repair. The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, and even had my ring ready sooner than they had estimated. When I picked my ring up it was beautifully polished and super sparkly! I was very impressed and happy with the service they provided. I highly recommend this jewelry shop for their high quality work and pleasant atmosphere!

Don't know if I would consciously buy here if i knew that employees who work here get food delivered and they tip their driver absolutely nothing - Thanks Danny for the $0 while you was counting literal diamond's
