Great experience with UltraFix and the tech Paul. I was able to get someone to the house the day I called, Paul was prompt, and contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was able to diagnose the situation quickly, and returned a few days later with the part and fixed it promptly. Speedy, friendly, and knowledgable.

Second flawless experience with Ultrafix. First with my dishwasher, second with my dryer. They’ll get a tech to super fast. Rick (my area tech) comes in diagnoses the issue in 15 mins, orders the part, and 3 days later he comes back and repairs the appliance. Pretty seamless service. Worth every penny!

UPDATE: I GOT A CALL FROM ULTRA FIX CONCERNING MY ONE STAR REVIEW. THEY OFFERED ME A REFUND OF MY $125 SERVICE FEE IF I TOOK DOWN MY GOOGLE REVIEW. I SAID NOPE. MY Samsung refrigerator’s ice maker was not working so I called Ultra fix. The technician was nice but did not have knowledge of Samsung refrigerators. He did not know that their ice maker had a manual defrost mode. The technician said I had to buy $685 new ice maker with installation. He did not test the motor but said it was broken and would not work even if I defrosted it. I went to YouTube while he was here on how to defrost Samsung ice maker and we walked through the steps together. I paid $125 to educate the repairman. I successfully defrosted ice maker and it is working fine. The motor is working great.

I tried removing lint from my dryer but instead I broke it 🙃 I contacted UltraFix to come and they scheduled me in for the very next day. They were on time and fixed my dryer so fast. I really appreciated it. Price was great as well. This will be my go to for anything I need repaired in my home
