Stocker Appliance seems like a very professional firm at this early point in my dealings with them. They actually answer the phone, Ryan provided detailed objective info, and they were at my house the next day. While I didn't like the results (dead microwave not worth repairing), technician Kavon was timely, technically astute and pleasant. I will seek them out again.
