Ultra Climate Control was wonderful. Of course my AC would quit on the hottest day of the year. They came out the next day and were very speedy at getting my AC unit back up and running. My mother who lives in Michiqan had some issues with her heat Being that it's winter there, that is a bit of a problem. I live in Vegas, my attempt to find any company that could help her same day, Was meant with appointments days out What sense does that make when your heat goes out in the dead of winter? Ultra Climate Control installed our AC unit several years ago and because we were so pleased with their service, we hired them to fix our problematic furnace. Yaz responded quickly, provided us with a text reminder and sent a text the day of service letting us know he was on his way. He also provided a two-hour arrival window which is a bonus. Yaz was friendly, professional and respectful of our property. The furnace was fixed in a timely manner which in the winter is a very good thing.
