I have been a home owner for almost 50 years. I usually call a different company every time I need work done, because I have yet to find a company that I really like. Until today. AJM Heating & Cooling is the absolute best. They are now the only company I will call for my heating and cooling needs. They were prompt, found the problem right away, and fixed the issue in no time at all. And at a great price. WE HAVE HEAT!!!
Austin is awesome. Our ac unit decided to die on the hottest day of the year. We decided to install a new furnace and get a better deal by buying both a furnace and ac unit. Austin came out on a Friday night, had the bid ready on Saturday afternoon. Reviewed it with us on Sunday. We went with him over three other companies. Showed up early, and got the installation done ahead of schedule. Once the installation was complete he filled out all the rebate info and warranty info and submitted it (rather than leaving us to do it).
AJM is very professional, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Our pool heater wasn’t working and Austin came out the same day I made the call. Once the new pool heater arrived, he came over the same day to install it. He did a thorough clean up and removal of the old equipment and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend this company!
