We had an excellent experience with Temperature Repair from start to finish. After contacting them, they returned our call the very same day and scheduled a visit within two days. The technician who came out was exactly that—a technician, not a salesperson—which we truly appreciated. He clearly and honestly explained what was needed. Given the age of both our furnace and central air unit, replacement was the right call, and there was no pressure or upselling involved. On installation day, the crew arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and worked seamlessly as a team. It was a big job which took them until 4:30 p.m. The crew was very professional, respectful, efficient, and took great care of our home. The installation was done beautifully, and everything was thoroughly cleaned up afterward. The pricing was very reasonable, and there were no surprise charges or “after-sale” gimmicks. It was a straightforward, honest, and high-quality experience. We would highly recommend Temperature Repair.

Our furnace quit working Saturday. I called one of the bigger companies & they couldn't get here until Wednesday. I called Temperature Repair this morning & had a technician out by 11am. Complete tear out & new furnace in by 5:30pm. Great hardworking team.

Very professional and fast! Our heat suddenly stopped working over night and they came next day right when they said they would and fixed it quickly. He didn’t have an extra part he needed so he had to leave but was back within five minutes and fixed the issue. Also gave us good tips for if our furnace goes out and gave us a timeline for when it would need to be replaced. We will for sure be coming back for when we need to replace our furnace!
