Comfort Plus, LC Heating and Cooling

I’ve used Comfort Plus Heating and Cooling a few times—first for furnace and AC replacement, and most recently for a water heater replacement. Every experience has been consistently excellent. Comfort Plus replaced my old furnace a month ago, and it immediately began leaking water (condensate from the AC) beneath the new furnace, where as it never leaked prior to replacing the furnace. After three visits to attempt a repair, I'm now told there is a hole in the condensate pan. It wasn't there before. No offer to fix, repair, or replace. Poor workmanship.

What a great company I would highly recommend them, the installer Paul was absolutely great very informative and did an awesome job, went above and beyond . Chris the owner was also very informative and pleasant, they acted like we were family. They don’t only get 5 stars in my opinion they get 10 stars!!!

Chris’s and his crew came out 05/23/25 to remove and install an Air Conditioner and Furnace. I initially called about servicing my broken air conditioner. He called back and was able to come out quickly. Due to the very old age of my unit, I decided I didn’t want to fix but rather replace. Since my furnace was even older I wanted them both done. He had the items in stock and was able to come out on a day that worked good for both of us. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job.
