Very busy shop, still scheduled undercoating despite being so busy. Service manager VERY polite, courteous and informative. Service took about 1 hour. I will use Twisted for all services on my Acura MDX SH-AWD.

Changing from 5 to 2 (edit, to 1). Had a great first experience. Terrible experience today. It is unprofessional to give a loaner out with an empty tank of gas. It is unprofessional to give a loaner out with ice on the windshield, especially with no scraper. It is unprofessional to loan out a vehicle with its check engine light and tire pressure lights on. You lost my trust on that loaner. I have no reason to trust the incredibly high quote you gave me if I can't even drive the loaner out of the lot safely. Edit: to your edit, this isn't a conversation. It's a review. It is not incorrect to correlate the quality and condition of a repair vehicle with the quote. Both are a matter of trust. I can't trust you're taking good care of my vehicle if you'd don't take good care of your own. You had my trust out the door. If the loaner vehicle was in driving condition, you'd have my money today. Instead youve lost my business forever. Due to your response I have demoted this to 1 star. Your followup was unnecessary and rude. Inspect your loaner vehicle before handing over the keys.
