Wednesday, i got a flat tire. The company sent out a tow truck driver who was absolutely wonderful. He ended up bringing my car to the shop and said that they could have the tire changed tomorrow. I tried to call the shop multiple times the next day, my calls would not go through, and i couldn’t leave a message because the mailbox was full. I brought my new tire to the garage that I needed put on, and left a note with my name and number asking if they could call me later so that i can speak to someone and know what’s going on (Thursday). No call was ever made. Several times within the next 24 hours, myself, my partner, and both of my parents tried to call, still with no answers. One time my mom finally got through, and they said my tire would be done later Friday evening. We were given no time, and no one ever contacted me with an update. I tried calling again that night several times— again, no answers. The next morning, I still continued to try to get into contact with the company, and was unable to. Finally, around noon today (Saturday) I got a call that they were just now getting to my tire, but then it was done in a few hours. This entire process as a whole was very frustrating as the shop had my car for almost three full days, and not once was I able to speak to an employee myself and have any clue what was going on. They also had my car there for way longer than i had expected for changing a flat tire. This, again, is highly frustrating as it caused difficulties for me to get to work, and my partner was left unable to work at all without our car. I could understand and be patient with the length of time if there were difficulties getting to my car, but it would have been very helpful to know what was going on and not have been left completely in the dark. This is not somewhere I would return to get my vehicle worked on again.

We called elite on a monday morning at about 8:15am, we spoke with Donovan who gave is a quote and confirmed they would be available for a 1pm transport that day if we needed. He advised they may be on the more expensive side for the job in comparison to other companies in the area. After calling around, that turned out to not be true. Elite was the most affordable. Not only was he more affordable, better rated, more responsive, and more, but upon calling him back he sent Marcel, a driver out to us within an hour of initial contact. It was top tier service as the driver with years in large equiptment handling as well as tow truck driving made meticulous efforts to ensure the low front end of my vehicle wasnt damaged during loading and unloading. We joked with donovan that they should up their prices, but even if they were the more expensive choicr we would use them again simply because of the experience.
