Tim was incredible- we called Benoure to come take a look at our system in our newly acquired house and we couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. He was kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the visit- first diagnosing the issues and then making time in his schedule to fix a bunch of things right off the bat. Tim also took the time to teach us along the way by showing where different things were, what to keep an eye on, and what he’d tackle first vs things that could wait. Truly, could not have asked for a better experience or a better person for the job!

Our old boiler was red tagged in August. Jarret responded quickly to our need for a proposal. They were able to schedule us quickly. Kenyon and Jared did the installation and could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. Crystal in the office made sure we got the best pricing they could offer. Clearly being an employee owned business means a lot. They were all professional, personable and customer oriented. Thank you! Bring on the winter. We are ready.

Ryan and Patrick installed a new high efficiency boiler system to replace our 30 year old boilers at our church building. They did such a fantastic job, I don't even know where to start. They were friendly, courteous, professional, ... you name it. During the three days they were there working on the new system, most of the time I didn't even know they were there. Simply put, they were fantastic. And when they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here, other than the fact that we now have a beautiful new system in our boiler room.
