Rosann, Joe and the entire team at Runway Auto are incredibly great at what they do. Technically, they repair cars that have been in car accidents, but I have to say they really they do more than that. They take care of the people to, making it really easy to get through the unexpected trauma of being in an accident. After about 10+ years of no accidents, my husband and I were BOTH in car accidents within two weeks of each other just last month. The first accident was completely my own fault, but the second accident was not our fault. In both cases, Runway Auto complete took care of us even though their shop was already fully booked with repairs - Rosann still managed to get both of our cars in when it was convenient for US, not them. She arranged to have double car rentals set up on our behalf so we didn't have to do anything. The repairs were done extremely quickly, so much so that by the time the insurance company reached out to us to find out what happened, my husband's car was already repaired and home again! I was incredibly impressed and thankful for their awesome service and will say that no matter how far away you live (we live TWO HOURS away from their shop), it's totally worth it to take your car to Runway Auto. They don't shirk on the details either - my car actually looks much BETTER now than it did before the accident, which was a major added bonus for me. Thank you so much Runway Auto!
