Exceptional Service! Don't buy a new vacuum—get it repaired here first! My Dyson vacuum stopped picking up, and I was ready to toss it. This shop had it fixed in under 24 hours. The issue was a simple clog deep in the system that I never would have found. They charged a very reasonable fee, were friendly, and even called to update me. My vacuum works better than it has in years. Highly recommend!
One of the few places left where you can fix appliance without red for a new one and have a feeling that you are not getting scam. As long there is a spare parts for a job they fix it. Thanks for staying in business
I purchase a Sebo e3 vacuum from them. Mike was very helpful and knew his vacuums. I also purchased vacuum bags from them, original equipment, and they were less expensive than they were online. All in all great Customer Service and pricing.
I brought in my vacuum cleaner on the recommendation of the owner/manager to see if it could be fitted for a HEPA filter. On examining it, he confirmed that it could, and probably was due for it. He had the part in stock and replaced it for me. Nice, down-to-earth guy, and he answered other questions I had without hesitation.
We could not repair my Shark Rotary Vaccuum hose without replacing the head so I browsed new vacuums with the owner. Showed me several Vaccuum cleaners explaining the features of each. Decided to go with the Titan T3200 Cloth Bag with Hepa filter. We needed something and I support small local businesses. The color and attachments were ideal. Been to long without a Vaccuum performing 100% and the Titan performed well. Also the cord and hose have good lengths to them. They service what they sell. They put it together quickly and put their company sticker on the Vaccuum. Out the door I went $299.99, + 6 bags for $29.99. Will return when I need to Store has a bunch of brands: Titan, Miel, oreck, hoover, dyson, etc.
