Whitman Sew & Vac

Although I didn't get anything repaired here and my problem's still unresolved, the customer service is great and very helpful! I'm looking for a replacement handle/wand for a Hoover cordless vacuum. I called in and Al picked up. Told him my concern, and then he asked for my name and number so he could call me back after checking if they have the part I need. After 5 minutes, I got a call back and he said none of their warehouses has that part, so he advised me to contact Hoover directly.

I chose Whitman Sew and Vac due to the reviews. Reviews were very positive in contrast to reviews of other businesses. I was greated immediately, I outlined the problem with my vacuum, was told what the problem most likely would be per experience, then how much it would cost. I would receive a call if the problem was different from anticipated, but it was not. Received a call the next day...it was fixed. Most importantly, I felt secure in their knowledge and their honestly. No problem. Thanks!
