Great service and repair cost. I spend tons of money on store-brand vacuums that I can't get service for when needed. But at Aerus, it's always nice to come back to place you invest your money in and get an immediate repair for something the big box stores will make repurchase an entire unit for.

Our original place to shop was on Staten Island. Unfortunately, one of the owners retired :( and the place isn’t the same. We called a plethora of other places and didn't feel comfortable about the knowledge they conveyed until speaking to Romi. We decided to take a trip out to Long Island and met him in person. Thanks to Romi, I'm able to get my vacuum working again, he's a true gentleman who understands the value of customer service. I highly recommend this store, he offered his services for repair of my machine, and/or trade in value for a new machine, he also has a multitude of parts to fix vacuums on site. Called for a repair I smelled burning when my whole house vacuum unit was running. The service person said motor is burned out and said it’s too old to repair. $5000 for a whole new unit which I didn’t need or couldn afford. I paid the service call of $149 and the guy left. Last week I decided to get a second opinion and brought the unit to an appliance dealer in Bay Shore NY and for $297 they put a brand new motor in and I’m back in business. I feel I was scammed and the guy couldn’t be bothered to fix my older unit and just collected the service call fee and left. Shame on you for lying.
