True Garage Door lives up to the 5-star reviews. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and did very thorough repair job. Another local repair company gave a quote of over $3500. With a strong attention to detail, Travis made my garage door operate like new for less than $250. Well worth the price! I highly recommend!!
I chose True Garage Doors after getting quotes from five different companies. Travis was the only one who took the time to thoroughly explain the product, carefully measure, and walk me through the available options. He even returned with samples of glass and materials, which made the decision process easy and informed. In my experience, the true measure of a company isn’t the sales process...it’s the installation and post-installation support. This is where Travis really stood out. When there was an issue with one of the openers, he responded immediately and even came back on the weekend to make sure it was addressed. When the problem turned out to be a defective unit, he promptly replaced it. Travis was easy to work with from start to finish, the end product looks fantastic, and the quality of work is excellent. We’re very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend him.

Travis was great to work with! Gave him a call on a weekend for a garage door opener replacement, he promptly called me back and left details on my voicemail. Showed up early, did excellent work and the price was what he quoted over the phone. He was honest and spent time making sure everything was perfect before leaving.
