We love our flooring. Had a couple separation issues so I call to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. The lady says she can't do anything till May. I call back in June. She says you don't have to keep calling here. Okay! Well its August so we hired a general contractor to fix it. We loved the work that was done and the guys who did it. However, customer service is horrible!
Tripp's is absolutely the best. Great workmanship, expansive knowledge, reliable and trustworthy. My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the work they did in our home. Our hardwood floors are stunningly beautiful. Highly recommend them!!
