Friendly staff. They laid everything out simply and effectively. identified my problem quickly and because my device is under warranty, they gave me the best next steps that didn’t violate warranty. Had to wait a couple days before they could look at it due to the amount of devices they are repairing, but that just tells you how good they are. Would recommend.

I contacted KMG to help with my computer crashing randomly. Zach initially assisted me and helped to get the computer upgraded and in working order. Cody was vital in fine tunning the computer and getting all my personal use needs corrected and setup. They were professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for your computer needs.
