These guys installed my floors in all my basement, living, dining room and kitchen. Basement floor is fine but second floor is terrible. From the 2nd day of install I called, sent emails and had no response for two months. (bad customer service) later they came out to check and Carlos agreed it was not prepped correctly and told me they would come to repair my new hardwood floor. Weeks and months past they were ghosts, I had installed my floors with them since I was promised no gaps would happen. I now have squeaking hardwood floors with gap’s ranging from 1/4” to 1/2” please don’t trust this company.

When I tell you to hire them I hope you listen. Jose was responsive, professional, punctual and whatever words you want to add on that sums up awesome. Had a crisis with contractors who were not experienced with flooring (pictures will be attached) and Jose stepped in and took his time to explain the errors that were made and how he was going to fix them. He also came prepared with swatches and different color options for me to choose from. If you need your floors refinished do not hesitate to call these guys. I'm 1000% sure you will not regret it or I will give you your money back.
