We were experiencing some issues with our heating system and Kariah, the outstanding professional expert from Komfort Air Service Expert arrived like two-hours earlier than the original scheduled appointment time on a Sunday and did an awesome job! Kariah did everything by the book and immediately diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed the issue, she treated our home like it was her home. I’ve been using Komfort Air for almost 3 years now and every time I’ve called them I’ve had quick service and quality service. Every technician has been polite and professional! Today I had Damion come out, and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was able to rectify the issues and perform seasonal maintenance in the same trip.. This company seems a customer service oriented and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you to the whole Komfort Air team.

It was time for the AC maintenance. Solomon arrived on time and efficiently and effectively maintained our systems. He stayed until all of our questions were answered and our needs met. He did a great job!

Just had a new heat pump installed and am very pleased with their professionalism. It took them most of the day ; but left the site clean and tidy. All trash and old unit completely removed . Highly recommend them .

Solomon Bayu arrived for a routine inspection of my water filtration system. He noticed a wet spot caused by a faulty water pressure valve. I mentioned the city replaced the outside water meter and had mentioned water accumulating in an area of the lawn which was my responsibility. Solomon investigated and detected a leak that had increased my water bill and would likely worsen. He provided an estimate for replacement of both water valves and repaired the problems professionally. I now have peace of mind that the leaks are repaired and no further damage will be done. Solomon was most professional and explained everything fully so I understood... Solomon Bayu arrived for a routine inspection of my water filtration system.
