What truly impressed me was not only his knowledge and expertise but also his honesty. He explained the problem in simple terms, walked me through what needed to be done, and provided the most reasonable quote I received compared to others in town. His pricing was very fair and transparent — no hidden... I recently had an electrician come to my home, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely courteous. Tried and true electrical is by far the absolute best electrical company in charlotte. The Electrican was prompt when I needed his service, gave me great insight as to what was going on and fixed the problem in no time. They are affordable, compassionate and get the job done in a timely manner. Even when I had an emergency they came my rescue. I will forever use tried and true electrical service for all my issues moving forward. They are truly a god send.

Steve and his crew are the best at electrical work. They did an installation in no time at all, cleaned up behind themselves and the pricing was really great. These are the friendliest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend this service provider.

I had such a great experience with Steve and the Tried & True team. Even on short notice, they were able to quickly and efficiently install my Tesla charger — and while they were here, I last-minute added kitchen cabinet lighting. I told Steve what I was envisioning, and he absolutely ran with it. Everything turned out beautifully. His team was incredibly friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I was in and out of the house for work throughout the day and had complete confidence leaving them to finish the job while I was gone. I’d highly recommend Tried & True to anyone in the greater Charlotte region needing electrical work. I’ll definite... I had such a great experience with Steve and the Tried & True team.
