We had a control panel catch fire on 1/3, resulting in us needing to replace our furnace. The company we were working with came out that evening and quoted us an astronomical price to replace the unit. Gerry with Town Oil came out and quoted a fair price, and we were able to get them out super fast in order to replace the furnace. The customer service, turnaround, and fair prices will make us recommend Town Oil in the future!
Woke up Saturday morning -7 degrees without heat! Called service for help; within an hour Nick the technician was at my home and made the necessary repairs. I was so appreciative. I’ve been a customer for several years and have always experienced great customer service
Excellent service and they do a grea job. Very attentive to customer needs! I recommend them to everyone! When they came in for yearly cleaning the tech told me exactly what needed to be done with price before they did anything.
Excellent company. It was such a great experience. Our oil tank looked like it was leaking in the middle of a cold snap 20 to 18 degrees. The people at this company gave us a fair price for a new tank and install, pulled the town permit, and when the tank came in from being ordered, they installed the tank in just a few hours. They did such a great job. Professional, kind and excellent work.
