Jen Evans with ADU returned my text practically immediately. She answered my initial questions about what was happening Then gave me a soft handoff to Tracy For the next step of the process. Tracy with ADU was cordial, helpful, and informative about the process to get an estimate and repair scheduled on some water damage. She answered my questions and told me what to expect. Tracy was very helpful. This is such an unpleasant experience to say the least and she made me feel at ease and was very helpful. She got me an appt same day which is helping me tremendously. It’s an overwhelming and stressful situation.

Can't say enough good things about Marcus and his team. They were able to be at my home only hours after my call to be able to evaluate the problem and to begin work on removing the water from my crawl space and start to remove the moisture from my hard wood floors. Marcus and his team were about getting the job done in a professional and efficient manner but all the time courteous and keeping me informed and comfortable about the process.
