Called up with a problem they could not fix (part no longer available). The guy then gave me 10 minutes of invaluable help and advice on a different issue for free! If I ever need their services in the future, I would use them in a heartbeat.
My tv stopped working, was under warranty, Don was amazing and very professional, got the new panel replaced and TV back up and running in less then 10 days. Would highly recommend for TV issues.
I brought my TV in for repair on 2/26/2020 & as of this date today 1/4/2021 I have NOT received it back. Very poor communications with the business, never return calls, never there. When I dropped it off for repair I was told 2 weeks tops, well it's 11 months later & nothing & no communications from business at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP !!!! I can go on & on but not worth my time, I wasted enough time with this so called "repair shop". Of course when the business see's my "review" they will say it's my fault like they said about others that write a "review". Go anywhere else but this repair shop, you'll be much better off & you'll get your TV back.
My TV broke down and I was overwhelm in thinking that I had to buy a new TV. I decided to call a TV repair shop to find out if it could be cheaper to fix mine. I am very happy with my decision y paid a small fraction of the cost of a new TV. The technician came to my house and in thirty minutes it was done, Very professional and respectful. Thank you
