We were very satisfied with the service Dereck provided today. He immediately determined where the leak in our baseboard heating system was coming from and made the necessary repair. We cannot say enough good things about SM Mechanical Services. They truly saved the day — and the week — for our family. Over a holiday weekend with brutally cold temperatures, we were without heat and hot water for nearly 48 hours. They came out, assessed the situation, and replaced our boiler system on incredibly short notice. From start to finish, the entire team was outstanding. The installers were professional, thorough, and genuinely kind. They treated our home with care, laid down tarps, kept everything clean, and did an excellent job explaining the work along the way. Edwin and Jose were Amazing!! They did a fantastic job putting in my shower. They walked me thru the whole process and I love my shower!!! They cleaned up everything and were very polite and respectful. I am def. going to request them two to come back and put my bathroom vanity and sink in!!! Great job guys!!!
