Brought my vehicle in for repair. The mechanic and I discussed what the issue was and I agreed to get it fixed. The receptionist became belligerent and demanded that I leave because I refused to agree to pay for the service in full before the repair. I explained that I’ve never paid up front before at this shop or any other one. The “receptionist,” who I have to assume is family, because no one stopped her from belittling me. I asked to speak with the original owner, Tony, because this has never happened before the multiple times I’ve patronized this business. She sarcastically replied he retired so it’s her now. She attempted to act as if I was rude to change the narrative. To prevent any further confusion I asked for my keys and left the premises. The repair shop was pretty good under the previous owner. However, with it being seemingly a family run business, you won’t have much recourse for customer service issues.
