I cannot say enough good things about Imported Car Repair, particularly the high level of integrity that this company has shown me over the past few weeks… I brought my 2021 Mercedes here due to a horrible oil leak. They fixed the issue but an even bigger issue came about once I picked the car up that caused my car to shut down completely. Long story short, my engine died and could no longer be started. Paul and his staff worked immediately and tirelessly to find out the cause of the issue. In the end, the company took responsibility for the mishap and fully replaced the engine. When I picked my car up today, it drove perfectly. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I chose this company to work with. They showed so much integrity when others would have done nothing but make excuses. I would recommend them to anyone driving an imported car, that is looking for a better price for top-notch service, and wants to work with a company that backs their service with unprecedented integrity. You won’t go wrong here. I, personally, am very grateful that I chose them.
