Part 2 of Dobbs allegedly not doing an oil change thst i paid for that inevitably cost me another 1200.00. I won’t go into the story…… i will save it for a JUDGE. A lack of oil change cost me 1200,00 for sone damage to my car. This is not the first time they charged me for work they didn’t do. Upon talking to Stuart about the situation one thing he said to me was…. I’m not here to go back and forth with you , because i relayed a message to him about my oil change…. Totally rude. I’m super agitated. I have the pictures of what was in my oil tank that could not register on a dip stick. After about 1200 miles there is no way this filter should look like this. After my first issue i was told to send the comply to the email address given, i never heard anything back. I’m taking this one to court .
Walked in to get my tires checked out because they keep losing air. I bought all four tires from Dobbs less than a year ago. The treading is terrible on the roads when it's ice or snow. Now I keep having to put air in the tires every week. I sat in the store for two hours with no customers at all. I had to schedule an appointment instead. My time is valuable and these guys were taking their precious time to service me. Never had this issue before, especially for a service that could be taken care of in 30 minutes.
I paid for a service that they neglected to do. I went into Dobbs because my engine light was on and I also had a front right headlight out a back left taillight out. It also needed an oil change and right off the back, including diagnostic and replacing lights was $405. Once they did the diagnostic I got a call back and I needed the Cadillac converter amongst other stuff. I will say that the manager did find a discount saving me 100.00 . However the next day after picking up the car, I noticed that the tail light was still out so I took the car back. They told me it would be like an hour and a half wait so I asked if I could schedule an appointment for the next day in which I scheduled for 1230. I get there the next day and I’m working with someone different. I tell him the situation he looks up the paperwork and say something to the fact that they changed the light to the license plate, that was not a request of mine. I don’t know if that’s what happened but I showed him a picture of the tail light still being off he then told me that they could pull it in which I only had an hour to spare. He told me it would probably take about an hour just to find out which light . mind you, I told him which light and I also showed him the above picture. I noticed that a young man went out and he was working on the car. It didn’t take him too terribly long . He came back and he set the keys down. three different customers came in and we
He waited on them before I got my keys back. I’m a little annoyed, but I didn’t say anything, but this whole experience leads me to think how many times is there a charge for something that was not fixed. my faith has definitely diminished with DOBBS.
I had to run an emissions test or better still IDOD on my Nissan Rogue which is due for Registration. Fast forward a friend of mine suggested I take my vehicle to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers. After a few hours I had a call to come pick up my Rogue since they were done working on it....I would recommend everyone to patronised Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers because they are simply the best out of the rest!

Dobbs has excellent customer service, they asses your car needs and have an open conversation and kept me in the loop about the issues I was having with my car. They didn’t push me at all. Every one of the front desk gentleman and mechanics and were pleasant to me and very very helpful, especially Andrew and also Stuart (as a woman you don’t wanna feel taken advantage of and I never felt that way at all) they treated me like I mattered and that’s a great feeling. When people give you great customer service you wanna know and remember their names.
