While it's probably fair to say that there really isn't a great time to have to have glass replaced, I can confidently say that having your car's windshield do its best impression of a Stone Cold Steve Austin run-in in the middle of an Ohio winter where 95% of drivers are still driving like they've never seen snow before pretty much sucks. So it goes. Anyway, Terry's service was quick and professional. Today sucked, but at least now it sucks a little less. While I'd be totally fine with my glass remaining in its current un-shattered state, it's nice to know that there's someone who can fix said glass while still managing to treat you like a human being. That's all we can ask for.
