Infinity Replacement by Marvin

The customer service and communication is terrible. They never mentioned the windows couldn't be claimed on taxes/that they chose not to participate in that government program. The windows were installed but appropriate trim wasn't ordered. I got the run around about this for 2 months. The general manager told me "things happen". They sent some guys to install the trim and guess what? They didn’t have the appropriate trim after 2 months. Today they came to finish everything and *still* didn't bring all of the trim. There are windows where they say the trim is finished, yet there are very noticeable gaps around the windows. I advise to look at other window replacement companies to find one that cares about the work they do and has more integrity.

Installed my windows. One of which was inspected by Marvin and indicated improper installation. Going on a year now. Minimal contact. Bad communication. Window still not replaced. Also their financing starts payment when project is complete. Project was never complete and I still have to pay. No one has given any level of care to the issue. Will be pursuing a civil lawsuit. Do not use them for warehouse or large format windows. I assume they are just fine for smaller projects. I should have used Crooked River. 12/18/25 UPDATE This post caused them to reach out to schedule repair. Scaffolding up and blocking my windows for the holidays. 12/5 they texted to say repair was cancelled due to one employee calling off work and them not being able to do the job with 2 employees. It is now 12/18 and no attempt to reschedule has been made.

WOW! what a difference! We are very pleased with our decision to go with Infinity by Marvin to replace 19 old double hung wood windows and two sliding doors. Jonathan was a fantastic and knowledgeable representative for Marvin as he spent a lot of time discussing options for our project. We got the feeling Jonathan was sincerely suggesting what was best for us and our home. We had two previous estimates from competitors, but cancelled any further appointments after learning about the quality and appearance of the Infinity by Marvin products. After choosing Infinity, we were promptly contacted by Faith to schedule an appointment with our project manager Chris, who came out to double check our plans and the measurements. Our windows were efficiently installed by Brett and Rich and they left the places where work had been done each day in a clean and orderly fashion. We went with mostly casement windows and the design of the Infinity by Marvin windows really opens up the view. We couldn't be happier with our new windows or more satisified with people at Infinity by Marvin who worked on our project.
