The customer service and communication is terrible. They never mentioned the windows couldn't be claimed on taxes/that they chose not to participate in that government program. The windows were installed but appropriate trim wasn't ordered. I got the run around about this for 2 months. The general manager told me "things happen". They sent some guys to install the trim and guess what? They didn’t have the appropriate trim after 2 months. Today they came to finish everything and *still* didn't bring all of the trim. There are windows where they say the trim is finished, yet there are very noticeable gaps around the windows. I advise to look at other window replacement companies to find one that cares about the work they do and has more integrity.
