Chuck's Auto Center

I’ve been using Chuck’s Auto Center for the last few years exclusively when my vehicles have any issues. They’ve always been fair, communication was good, and the work never failed and came warranted 12 months 12,000 miles. I’ve had timing chain replaced on a Kia, have had an engine oil cooler and filter housing replaced on a dodge ram, and all minor service work done. Always drove away better than when I came in, and through my research never got overcharged. Always was fair pricing that’s what means the most to me. The shop lady dawn also contacts you days later asking if your car is still doing good. You don’t find many businesses anymore who actually care about you, and I mean that.

This is the 2nd time I have used Chucks Auto for my car’s maintenance. Dawn at the front desk is super friendly and very efficient. Chuck explained to me clearly about what my car needed right away and what could wait. I most recently had my brake pads and rotors replaced along with a tire pressure sensor. I found the price to be on the high side of fair. I called on a Thursday and got my car in that following Monday. I dropped my car off at 8 am and picked it back up before noon the same day. I will continue to use Chucks Auto to maintain my car.
