Total sham. Never did repairs after we paid a $95 service call and $375 up front for parts (because we are out of state, but our vacation home is near Halifax.) Terry refuses to refund our money nor will he provide any documentation of his findings or a paid invoice. He won’t respond to calls or texts except to tell me to take it up with my credit card company. Avoid this business!!! He’ll answer to someone eventually.
Terry and his brother were able to schedule a service for us the next day after we called about our dryer needing serviced. They were extremely prompt, professional, and friendly! They walked us through the steps of what they were doing. We will definitely use their services in the future! Amazing family owned business!
Terry at TLC, donated a dryer to Animal House Rescue for FREE! He was fantastic to work with, and had our free dryer the next day. Many people don't realize just how much dirty laundry we go through. Thank you so much Terry! They come HIGHLY recommended!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND TLC!! On Saturday I called TLC and explained about a frustrating dishwasher issue I was having. Terry was terrific. He said he could arrive the next day (sunday). He gave me a time frame and just as promised , called me as he was headed over. Trust me I had done my research and was interested in seeing if he could help me spearhead this problem as I was so incredibly frustrated. He was honest, his service, communication and knowledge were right on target! The service charge was very reasonable and he assured me if I had any more problems to call again and he would guarantee his work for 30 days. I will most definitely be using TLC for my appliance repairs. It is very difficult to find ANYONE who wants to work on them much less have the skillset and personal service such as Terry!
