**MODIFIED REVIEW** My initial review was a 1 star review. K&D performed warranty work on my dishwasher. Service techs were nice, completed the work, but the work ended up not being covered under the warranty. My complaint is that there was never any communication stating that the work may not be covered, despite me making it very clear that I was hiring them ONLY due to the warranty. I would like to suggest that service techs and schedulers inform all warranty customers that they can not guarantee the coverage and will not know until after the service is performed if it will be covered under the claim. That little piece of communication would have been very helpful. I have now modified to a 4 star after a call back from the Lancaster branch service manager. I remain frustrated that I will need to pay the full bill, but I appreciate the further communication and explanation as to why they may not have known that this would not be covered.

Before you sign the tablet, make sure you read what the technician put in. He made me sign and left. No paper work was given, they said it’s emailed I never received it. I called the same the day the technician came and said he left, didn’t show me the tablet, or give me a bill. I didn’t read it (my fault), didn’t know he would leave without giving me any papers. Calling the office they said they’ll send an email. Still didn’t receive. I called again only to get attitude, and then I received my paper in the mail only for it to be a different amount between the email and the mail. Very dishonest company. Will never use them again.
